Today’s random quote is from John M. Marzluff and Tony Angell’s 2005 In the Company of Crows and Ravens (Yale UP):

My only problem with this comes from my copyeditor’s instinct for picking nits: Does this mean that crows and ravens are more like flying monkeys than other birds are? Or that crows and ravens are more like flying monkeys than they are like other birds?”
Either way, it’s pretty cool… I mean, come on: Flying Monkeys!
