A misty Friday morning at Atascadero Lake left plenty of opportunities for decent bird photos. I even found an Orange-crowned Warbler, which you don’t see every day. As with many days where the visibility is limited, distant shots didn’t work out, but close-ups were relatively easy. The dispersed light produced by the mist means no harsh shadows to overcome.
